How I Work with you
Our design journey begins with a free consultation.
The consultation allows us to get to know each other and discuss all of your ideas and inspirations for your wedding or special event. During the consultation I will share design boards with you to help us visualise ideas and ensure a cohesive design vision between you and me.
Following on from your consultation I will provide you with a bespoke, no obligation estimate based on our conversation.
If you decide to to book me to create the florals for your special day you simply need to pay a 10% deposit and complete my contract to secure your date- then the fun really begins!
In the run up to your wedding and event you can contact me at any time to discuss ideas or ask questions. If appropriate we can carry out a site visit to look at your venue and discuss ideas. I will ensure that I understand every detail of your big day to ensure the smooth running of your event. In the run up to your wedding/event I will source, condition and prepare your wedding florals so they are in peak condition ready for your big moment.
On the day
On the day of your wedding/event I will deliver and set up your florals ensuring everything is perfect so that you can relax and enjoy the moment. If designs need to be moved from one setting to another, I can be on hand to facilitate this for you.
All bouquets are delivered in water to maintain freshness and quality. I will provide vases at your venue so that you can place your bouquets in water to keep them looking good throughout the big day.
Local, personal and sustainable
Silver Birch Flowers is based in the beautiful Stroud Valleys on the edge of the Cotswolds. I provide wedding and event florals for couples and individuals throughout Gloucestershire and The Cotswolds. I am also happy to travel to areas such as North Wiltshire, Bath and Bristol.
As a small floral studio I pride myself on offering you a bespoke personal service. I only take on a limited number of weddings and events each month and for the most part your date will be exclusive to you. This means I am completely focused on your event and making sure your florals are everything your dreamt they would be.
Being eco conscious and sustainable is truly important to the identity of Silver Birch Flowers. I aim to use sustainable methods and techniques in my work avoiding the use of floral foam to the best of my ability. I am passionate about locally grown British Flowers and will aim to incorporate these into my work as much as possible during the summer months.
Estimates, contracts and payment
Following your initial consultation, you will be provided with a bespoke, no obligation estimate based on our conversation. The estimate provides you with a breakdown of costs for your wedding or event florals. In order to reserve your wedding/event date with Silver Birch Flowers a 10% deposit is required along with a signed copy of the Silver Birch Flowers Wedding and Event contract.
